Key Responsibilities

Litigation Tracking (Pan-India):

• Master Data Management:

  Own and maintain the master Excel sheets for all litigation matters across India.

• Local Counsel Coordination:

  Act as the primary point of contact for local counsels; proactively call and email to obtain daily case status updates, next hearing dates, and copies of orders.

• Tracker Reconciliation:

  strictly maintain two separate trackers:
• External Tracker: polished and ready for client reporting.
• Internal Tracker: detailed with deadlines and team action items.

Corporate Team Support:

• Manage the

  Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

  sheets, updating the status of ongoing negotiations and executed agreements.
• Track and update the status of licenses, regulatory filings, and other miscellaneous corporate compliances.

Docketing & Deadline Management:

• Monitor court diaries and cause lists online to verify dates independent of local counsel updates.
• Manage the firm’s litigation calendar to ensure associates are alerted to upcoming deadlines well in advance.
• Organize digital and physical case files to ensure documents are retrievable instantly.

What We Are Looking For

• The Excel Expert:

  You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (filtering, conditional formatting, and managing large datasets are daily tasks).

• The Follow-Up Master:

  You are persistent. You are comfortable calling court clerks or local lawyers repeatedly to get the updates you need.

• The Organizer:

  You love structure and hate missing details.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any stream) or Diploma in Paralegal Studies.

• 2+ years

  of experience in a law firm or administrative role.
• Strong command of English (Written/Spoken) and Hindi (Spoken).

• Requirement:

  Must be based in or willing to relocate to New Delhi.
