Key Responsibilities: Design Development: Create original designs — hand-illustrated first, then digitised — across our product categories (notebooks, wrapping sheets, tags, notepads, etc.) Concept & Moodboarding: Develop theme boards and visual directions for new product collections and campaigns Product Sampling: Work with the production team to create mock-ups(digital and physical sample), test paper formats, and finalise product specs (size, layout, finish) Campaign & Marketing Creatives: Design assets for launches — from website banners and product cards to social media graphics Packaging & Print Files: Create production-ready files (with attention to bleeds, color modes, etc.) What We’re Looking For: – Degree & 1–2 years of relevant experience – Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) – Strong eye for detail and creativity – Knowledge of print production processes – Good communication & presentation skills – Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
