Hiring: Graphic Designer 📍 Location: Delhi NCR (On-site) | 🕒 Experience: 1–2 years Paper-it is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our team! Key Responsibilities: Design Development: Create original designs — hand-illustrated first, then digitised — across our product categories (notebooks, wrapping sheets, tags, notepads, etc.) Concept & Moodboarding: Develop theme boards and visual directions for new product collections and campaigns Product Sampling: Work with the production team to create mock-ups(digital and physical sample), test paper formats, and finalise product specs (size, layout, finish) Campaign & Marketing Creatives: Design assets for launches — from website banners and product cards to social media graphics Packaging & Print Files: Create production-ready files (with attention to bleeds, color modes, etc.) What We’re Looking For: – Degree & 1–2 years of relevant experience – Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) – Strong eye for detail and creativity – Knowledge of print production processes – Good communication & presentation skills – Degree in Graphic Design or a related field

This includes handling order processing via Shopify, coordinating production from sampling to final dispatch, maintaining inventory, and supporting product development. A strong understanding of paper, printing processes, and an interest in new product innovation is essential. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day order processing, dispatch & inventory Coordinate with in-house designers for sampling to final production Maintain production and order records Assist in developing new product ideas Ensure quality checks and timely execution You should have: Knowledge of paper types, printing machines & finishing Experience in handling production & operations Strong coordination & execution skills
