Role & responsibilities Represent the companys products and services through deep industry knowledge and customer-focused solutions. Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. Generate leads, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and handle customer objections effectively. Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, proposals, and executive presentations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Attend industry networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows. Travel up to 25% for customer visits and events. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field / MBA in Marketing preferred. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales within the FFU & HEPA filter manufacturing industry in India. Strong knowledge of large-scale manufacturing processes, production systems, and quality control. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CAD software, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and MS Office. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas.
