Project Coordinator / Head of Operations gurugram 12 - 20 years INR 20.0 - 25.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities Construction : Oversee planning, monitoring, and closure of multiple construction and MEP projects across locations. Ensure adherence to approved construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, contracts. Monitor site progress, productivity, manpower deployment, and equipment utilization. Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards. Resolve construction-related technical, operational, and coordination issues. Cross-Functional & Department Coordination: Coordinate across Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Contracts, Site Execution, QA/QC, Safety, Finance, HR, and Administration. Act as a single-point interface between corporate office, project sites, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Support Project Managers and Site Heads in planning resources, sequencing activities, and execution strategies. Planning, Cost & Risk Management: Review and control project schedules, baseline programs, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules. Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and change orders in coordination with commercial teams. Identify construction risks, delays, and bottlenecks; implement corrective and preventive measures. Conduct periodic project audits and performance reviews. Compliance, Safety & Quality: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, labor laws, contract conditions, and company policies. Drive strong EHS culture across all construction sites and ensure zero-incident mindset. Ensure implementation of QA/QC systems, inspections, testing, and documentation. Reporting & Management Review: Prepare and review MIS, progress dashboards, cash flow reports, and presentations for senior management. Conduct regular review meetings with site teams and department heads; track action closures. Provide management with timely inputs for strategic decisions, resource planning, and business growth.
