Key Responsibilities: * Handle walk-ins, enquiries & site visits with complete professionalism * Present project details, pricing, layouts & specifications confidently * Maintain disciplined client follow-ups and enquiry tracking * Coordinate with CRM for bookings, documentation & customer support * Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets * Maintain daily reports & update lead status in CRM * Stay updated with market trends and competitor projects Requirements: * Strong communication & presentation skills * Experience in residential real estate sales (1–4 years) * Well-groomed, professional, and target-driven * Customer-first approach with good convincing ability * Comfortable with weekend customer handling Weekly Off: * Strictly one weekly off – except Saturday & Sunday (Weekly off will fall on a weekday only.)
