Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson at Pancham Group of Industries, based in Indore. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role requires regular client meetings, collaboration with team members, and some flexibility to work remotely when needed. Qualifications Strong sales skills, including lead generation, account management, and achieving targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and autonomously when working remotely Knowledge of the automotive industry and technical understanding of vehicle components is a plus Proficiency in tools and software for customer relationship management (CRM) and sales reporting Proactive approach to problem-solving and goal-oriented mindset Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Flexibility to travel for in-person client meetings, if required
