Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to drive strategic sales enablement initiatives across HNI, NRI, and Business Insurance segments, while anchoring high-impact programs for top-performing frontline managers and advisors across prop channels. This role will work closely with Distribution, Marketing, Products, taxation and Training to craft differentiated strategies and execution plans that elevate productivity and drive business growth in premium customer segments. Location- Mumbai -BKC (HO) Designation- Pan-India Lead – Strategic Sales Enablement (HNI/NRI/Business Insurance) Key Responsibilities: ✅ Segment Leadership – HNI, NRI, Business Insurance: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with teams to design segment-specific propositions and pitchbooks. ✅ Program Management – Top Frontline Managers & Advisors: Drive national programs for top-performing sales managers and elite advisors (MDRT/COT/TOT). Own program planning, communication, recognition, and engagement. Develop playbooks and success models to scale best practices. ✅ Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of four Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Provide strategic direction and ensure cross-functional alignment. ✅ Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with distribution heads, regional leads, training teams, and HR. Bridge corporate and field teams for effective segment-based enablement. ✅ Analytics & Reporting Define success metrics and dashboards for each initiative. Track ROI and impact on premium income, productivity, and engagement. Qualifications & Experience: 10–15 years of experience in Life Insurance, with at least 5 years in HNI/NRI/Business insurance segments or Sales Enablement roles. Proven experience in managing cross-functional programs and high-performance teams. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Exposure to training, L&D, or strategic distribution initiatives is a plus. Show more Show less
