Roles and Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care to patients with life-limiting illnesses, focusing on their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that address patients' unique needs. Conduct assessments of patients' conditions and provide updates to healthcare providers on their progress. Administer medications, treatments, and other therapies as prescribed by physicians. Maintain accurate records of patient data and communicate effectively with families about patient status. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in palliative care nursing (ANM/GNM/B. Sc. Nursing). B.Sc Nursing degree or equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols related to palliative care.
