Painter

As a skilled and detail-oriented Painter, you will be joining our maintenance team. With at least 6 months of experience in painting or a related field, you possess a strong eye for detail. Your primary responsibility will be to perform various painting tasks to uphold the aesthetics and quality standards of our premises. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed - Apply paints, varnishes, and finishes using appropriate tools (brushes, rollers, sprayers) - Mix and match paint colors to ensure accurate finishes - Repair and touch up existing paintwork and wall surfaces - Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths and masking tape - Maintain a clean and organized workspace during and after projects - Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear as required - Assist with general maintenance tasks when necessary - Communicate project progress and any issues to the supervisor Requirements: - Minimum 6 months of experience in painting or general maintenance - Basic knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools - Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work - Physical stamina and the ability to work on ladders or in tight spaces - Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required - Professional behavior and a team-oriented attitude In addition to the job details, the company offers the following benefits: - Commuter assistance - Food provided - Health insurance Please note that the job is full-time and requires in-person work at the designated location.,
