We are hiring for one of our Multinational client for the role of Paid Media Specialist role based out at Bangalore location. PFB the details: Industry: Biotechnology Payroll Company: Randstad India Location: Bangalore Required 3+ years of experience in B2B customer-driven digital marketing or eCommerce Advanced understanding of SEM using Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads or other paid search engines Advanced experience with bid management platforms (e.g. Adobe Ad Cloud, Kenshoo, Marin, DoubleClick or Search Ads 360) Proven track record of creating, optimizing and reinventing campaigns to constantly improve results Strong Excel skills, ability to manage and update campaigns via bulk upload process • Experience with analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI, Adobe Analytics) • Experience managing multiple strategic clients including ownership and oversight of large budgets. Preferred • Advanced experience managing and optimizing programmatic display within a DSP or ad exchange (e.g. Adobe Advertising DSP, Flashtalking, DV360) Knowledge, Skills, Abilities • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to business partners on a regular basis • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to analyze large and complex sets of data from multiple sources • Use data and dashboards to inform our team with keen insights on improving KPIs • Strong time management, organizational, planning and prioritization skills • Team player with a positive attitude who is prepared to go the extra mile to accomplish business objectives • Attention to detail • Experience in agile methodology within a marketing organization is a plus.
