Job Title

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business

goals, target audience, and budgetary constraints.

Platform Management: Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as

Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.

Budgeting: Plan and manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and

cost-efficiency.

Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach the right audience

segments based on demographics, interests, behavior, etc.

Ad Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that

resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.

Ad Placement: Determine the most effective placements for ads to maximize visibility

and performance.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance regularly, analyze key metrics,

and make data-driven optimizations to improve performance.

A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad elements such as copy, visuals, and CTAs to identify

winning variations and improve campaign effectiveness.

Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and optimization for search advertising

campaigns.

Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, conduct competitor analysis,

and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights,

trends, and areas for improvement.
