Job Overview: We are looking for a Paid Marketing Specialist with expertise in running high-performing ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and budget management to maximize ROI. This role is crucial in driving brand awareness and generating high-quality leads for Y-Axis services. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn to generate high-intent leads. Develop and implement advertising strategies aligned with Y-Axis' business goals and target audience. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and audience segments to improve performance. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and adjust strategies for better results. Optimize campaign budgets to maximize conversions while maintaining cost efficiency. Utilize LinkedIn Ads to target professionals, leveraging InMail, Sponsored Content, and Lead Gen Forms. Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives and copies. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, ad policies, and industry trends to ensure campaign compliance and effectiveness. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators and growth opportunities. Required Skills & Experience: 2-5 years of experience in running paid marketing campaigns on Meta & LinkedIn. Proven expertise in lead generation and conversion optimization. Strong knowledge of Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics. Hands-on experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies. Proficiency in budget management and performance tracking. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Certification in Meta & LinkedIn Ads (preferred but not mandatory). Why Join Y-Axis?
