Location: Remote (Work from Home) Internship Duration: 3 months Stipend: 2,000 + Incentives Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM (Sunday Off) Job Description: Elite Business Solution is looking for dynamic and motivated HR Interns to join our recruitment team. This is a great opportunity for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in hiring and talent acquisition for BPO Clients while working remotely. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing candidates through various job portals and networking channels. Screening resumes and shortlisting potential candidates. Conducting initial telephonic interviews and scheduling further rounds. Making 70-90 calls daily to potential candidates. Maintaining candidate records and recruitment databases. Supporting the HR team in end-to-end hiring processes . Requirements: Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (Both). Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently . Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn .
