Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1) Deployment of workers and their management. 2) Jobholder has total responsibility on quality for products packed 3) Before starting the operation check the Hooper Room, Equipment and other related tools 4) Check the cleaning and hygiene conditions of machines. 5) Check the powder color, smell and inspect visually if any deviation is observed bring in to the notice of production manager or other seniors. 6) Monitoring working of different machines. 7) Maintain documents of shift activity. 8) Maximum utilization of machine efficiency. 9) Check the environmental conditions inside the hopper room and outside, It should be within the limit. 10) Coordinate raw & packing material planning with the warehouse. 11) Develop/train operators & Support to maintain good industrial relations with shop Floor employees 12) To check packed expiry date accordingly as per the export requirement. 13) Box cleaning and washing 14) To run the production as per the standard operating procedure and standard quality parameters 15) Maximum output of shift productivity and efficiency.
