Packing Supervisor

As a Supervisor for labeling and packaging of medical devices, your responsibilities will include: - Supervising the finished product labeling and packaging of medical devices in a controlled environment, including product packaging in blister or pouches. - Creating and modifying labeling for finished products and related materials as per design and branding guidelines. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve labeling inconsistencies to meet project objectives. - Managing labeling change requests within the document management system. - Ensuring all activities are in compliance with cGMPs. - Writing and updating SOPs related to department activities. - Recommending and implementing production process improvements to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve safety. - Identifying developmental needs of team members and providing coaching, mentoring, and encouragement for skills improvement. - Initiating, recommending, or providing solutions through designated channels.
