Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Packing Executive to manage daily order processing for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our website. The role involves picking, packing, labelling, and preparing shipments while ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Processing

• Pick and pack orders accurately based on order sheets from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and website.
• Cross-verify product SKU, quantity, and packaging requirements before sealing.
• Ensure all items are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

Labelling & Dispatch

• Print and paste shipping labels correctly for each platform.
• Sort orders by courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, Ecom, Amazon Transport).
• Keep orders ready before the scheduled pickup time.
• Update order status in portals/platforms once packed and handed over.

Inventory Management

• Check and maintain stock levels daily.
• Report low stock or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Assist in stock counting, inwarding, and arranging shelves.

Quality & Safety

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the packing area.
• Follow packing standards required for fragile or premium products.
• Ensure no wrong or missing items in any order.

Documentation

• Maintain packing logs and daily dispatch reports.
• Assist in return and replacement processing.

Skills Required

• Basic computer knowledge (printing labels, updating orders).
• Ability to read order sheets and SKU codes accurately.
• Good time-management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in e-commerce packing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
