Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To perform and ensure area cleaning and equipment cleaning.
To operate the machines and equipments like vial labeling and carton labelling machine, shrink wrap tunnel, walk in cold room, weighing balance and online check ware system.
To perform the assembling and dismantling of change parts of packing machines according to different vial sizes.
To perform the operation and changeover of the packing equipment.
Adhere to cGMP and GDP practices during batch processing and operation of equipment.
All the GMP documents e.g., BPR and logbooks to be filled on time and revise periodically.
To plan and ensure availability of machine and material as per the batch requirement.
To involve in batch packing activity like visual inspection, vial and carton labeling, packing of vial in mono-carton, weighing of carton boxes and tertiary packing of mono-cartons.
To perform and coordinate in Installation qualification, Operational qualification and Performance qualifications for new equipment’s.
To get involve in external and internal regulatory audits and ensuring audit compliances in order to meet the cGMP requirements.
To maintain the Inventory consumable required for daily activities.
To Handle and dispose of waste generated during packing operation.
To coordinate with other cross functional team for smooth functioning of departmental activities.
To ensure adherence to safety procedures.
Awareness on PPE usage.
