Packing Executive

• Team Management:
• Supervise and lead a team of pouch- Packing workers.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Production Planning and Coordination:
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet production targets.
• All Activity’s In Pouch packing Dept. Like Prod. Planning, Man Power Planning & Controlling
• Controlling of machine breakdown period, overtime, wastage & employees absentee.
• Provide Pouch & Wrapper as per Packing Production planning with maximum utilization & Minimum Wastage.
• Maintain Employee’s Production Record (Piece work), Attendance etc.
• Doing online work like ERP/SAP entries e.g. Inward material GRN, Daily plan, Job card, MRS, Issue, Warehouse transfer.
• Continues motivate Fitter & Operator’s for new development, modification
• Maintain all type record from raw material to finish good
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, quality control, maintenance) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure efficiency.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
• Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
• Careful for Increase Production without any accident.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.
• Monitor and analyse production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and quality issues.
• Prepare regular reports for management on production performance.
• Document and report any incidents or accidents in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,180.63 per month
