Packaging Supervisor

As a Packaging Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the packaging operations to ensure efficient and timely packaging of products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in the packaging process - Training and developing packaging operators on packaging procedures, safety protocols, and quality guidelines - Managing inventory levels of packaging materials and coordinating with the procurement department to ensure availability - Collaborating with other departments, such as production and logistics, to coordinate packaging schedules and meet production goals - Creating and maintaining packaging reports and documentation - Resolving any issues or bottlenecks in the packaging process - Identifying process improvements in the packaging operations and implementing them Qualifications required for this role include: - Previous experience in packaging operations or a related field - Strong understanding of safety and quality standards in packaging - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for career growth.
