About the Role

The Assistant Manager in the DP Medical Device unit will oversee packing and assembling activities, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Receiving of BPR/BMR from Issuance team and cross verification of Batch details.
• Dispensing and verification of SPM material with Indent sheet as per BMR.
• Transfer of dispensed SPM to day storage area.
• Performing Equipment's and area cleaning for all areas.
• Transfer of dispensed SPM and pen components to assembly and packing area and assembled pens from cold room to packing area.
• Performing pre and post batch activities for both assembly and packing.
• Running both assembly and packing equipment as per SOP.
• Performing Repacking as per SOP.
• Performing reconciliation and performing of destruction of rejected material/components as per SOP.
• Updating the cold room records.
• Collect the daily reports for cold rooms and verify as per SOP.
• Responsible for area cleaning and equipment cleaning of the VI booths during FFTC Inspection activity.
• After assembly proceeding for inspection activity for FFTC batches.
• Line clearance activity.
• Transfer of assembled pens to inspection area.
• Verification light intensity for inspection table.
• Reconciliation of Assembly and packing.
• Destruction of defected prefilled pens.
• Verification of Status boards of Equipment's for PM and Calibration status.
