Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Packaging Supervisor to manage day-to-day packaging operations and ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality output. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of packaging machinery and experience in supervising packaging staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage and work on daily packaging operations
• Operate and monitor Packaging Machinery, Can Seaming Machine, and Multi-Head Pouch Filling Machine
• Ensure machines run efficiently with minimal downtime
• Coordinate with maintenance team for machine troubleshooting and repairs
• Maintain packaging quality standards as per company guidelines
• Manage manpower allocation, attendance, and workflow
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and operational compliance in the packaging area
• Maintain daily production and packaging records
• Reduce wastage and improve packaging efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Packaging Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Can Seaming Machines and Multi-Head Pouch Filling Machines
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle workforce and meet production targets
• Attention to detail and quality control standards
• Good communication and team management skills

Working Hours

• 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Leave Policy

• No paid leaves will be given

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in food or FMCG packaging industry
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
