It’s a garment warehouse, so you have to fold a product attach tag to it and label them, pack them in a box and dispatch them Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Packaging Executive to manage and oversee the packaging operations in our garment manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure that all finished garments are packed accurately, labeled properly, and dispatched on time in compliance with buyer specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Plan and supervise the packaging of finished garments as per buyer requirements and SOPs. Ensure correct folding, tagging, poly bagging, carton packing, and labeling of garments. Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for timely handover and shipment readiness. Monitor packing material stock (e.g., poly bags, cartons, tags) and raise timely requisitions. Conduct quality checks on packaging to minimize damage, wrinkles, or incorrect labeling. Maintain proper documentation of packing details, SKU counts, and shipment-wise packing lists. Assist in training packaging staff to follow best practices and safety procedures. Ensure packaging complies with sustainability, regulatory, and client compliance norms. Track daily packing output and report deviations or issues to the manager. Support in process improvements to reduce packaging errors and increase efficiency. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in textiles, apparel merchandising, or a related field (preferred). 2–4 years of experience in garment packaging operations, preferably in export-oriented units. Familiarity with buyer packaging specifications (e.g., Walmart, H&M, Zara, etc.). Good understanding of packing materials and processes in the apparel sector. Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP systems).
