Brand Technical Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for

  power-related infrastructure, applications, and management

  for clients.
• Design feasible

  IBM Power solutions

  that integrate with and enhance clients existing technology stacks.
• Deliver

  proof of concepts

  and simplify complex technical subjects for client education.
• Build credibility and trust with clients using

  consultative methods

  to facilitate complex Cloud and HR technology deals.
• Work with clients to understand requirements and provide

  tailored solutions

  .
• Support

  implementation and ongoing support

  of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules.

Required Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Education:

• Master's Degree in a relevant field.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Strong technical knowledge of

  Recruiting Data Models

  and features such as candidate status sets, recruiting settings, career sites, agency setup, and reporting.
• Strong expertise in

  Onboarding 2.0

  including onboarding panels, compliance forms, notifications, security permissions, business rules/advanced conditions, and MDF objects.
• Hands-on

  implementation and support experience

  with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting/Onboarding.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certified in

  Recruiting/Onboarding 2.0

  .
• Ability to translate client requirements into effective technical solutions.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

• Excellent written and verbal

  communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven history of

  hands-on delivery in major HR transformation programs

  .
• Experience in system

  interfaces

  and integrations.
