Role Overview: As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS), you will play a crucial role in enabling organizations to leverage their Oracle investments and extend into the cloud with greater value, choice, and confidence. Your responsibilities will include managing projects in Oracle Infrastructure, guiding the team on Oracle infrastructure approach, understanding and explaining the architecture to key stakeholders, and proactively monitoring project execution to identify risks and dependencies. You will collaborate with team members, analyze management reports, and ensure effective Change Adoption to drive benefits realization. Your commitment to customer satisfaction and ability to work in a dynamic business environment will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Plan effectively around delivery constraints and optimize the plan to improve benefits and minimize risk - Guide the team on Oracle infrastructure approach - Understand and explain the architecture (Technical, Data, and business) to key stakeholders - Proactively monitor project execution to identify risks/issues/dependencies - Collaborate with team members and obtain buy-in from project stakeholders for key project plans and commitments - Analyze management reports to drive the right business decisions - Manage Change Adoption to ensure successful implementation and benefits realization - Demonstrate strong Situation Management abilities Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of experience in managing projects in Oracle Infrastructure (OCI, ExaData, ExaCC, ExaCS, PaaS/iAAS) - Experience in Oracle Cloud or multi-cloud projects - Strong customer management skills - Knowledge and experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle products - Excellent teammate with willingness to learn new technologies and problem-solving skills - Strong organization, communication, and situation management abilities - University degree with postgraduate technical or management qualifications or relevant experience - Good to have PMP certification Additional Details: Oracle is committed to diversity and inclusion, fostering an inclusive culture that celebrates diverse insights and perspectives.
