Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Public Address Voice Alarm (PAVA) System Engineer with hands-on experience in technical support, configuration, and commissioning of PAVA systems. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling L2 and L3 level support and resolving system-level issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Configure, commission, and troubleshoot Public Address & Voice Alarm Systems. Provide L2 & L3 level support, including diagnosing and resolving complex system issues. Work with audio processors, amplifiers, and digital controllers to ensure optimal system performance. Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation for installed solutions. Coordinate with clients and project teams for on-site troubleshooting and technical support. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Train end-users and internal teams on system functionalities and best practices. Stay updated with the latest advancements in PAVA and ELV technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in Public Address & Voice Alarm Systems. Strong knowledge of PAVA system configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Experience with LDA Audio Tech, BOSCH or other leading PAVA brands is a plus. Understanding of network protocols, audio DSPs, and control software. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Certifications: Certified training in PAVA or Audio-Visual Systems. Knowledge of EN54-16 compliance and related industry standards.
