Role Responsibilities Provide comprehensive counseling to students regarding overseas education options. Assist students in understanding various educational institutions and programs abroad. Evaluate student profiles and recommend the best possible courses and universities. Guide students through the application process, including documentation preparation. Provide guidance on visa applications and related procedures. Conduct workshops and seminars to educate students about studying abroad. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends and changes in visa regulations. Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions worldwide. Assist students in securing scholarships and financial aid opportunities. Communicate with students and parents to address queries and concerns. Follow up with students post-application to ensure they have managed their transition successfully. Document and maintain records of student interactions and progress. Contribute to the development of marketing materials related to overseas education. Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery. Participate in industry events and exhibitions to promote Mindtel’s services. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in counseling, education, or related field. Proven experience as an overseas counselor or similar role. Strong knowledge of international education systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of visa regulations and application processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel occasionally for seminars or workshops. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Experience in customer service or client-facing roles. A passion for helping students achieve their education goals. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability. Capacity to handle confidential information with integrity. Commitment to continuous professional development.
