Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end outsourcing activities for telecom projects, including vendor selection, onboarding, and contract management.
Monitor vendor performance, ensure adherence to SLAs, and drive continuous improvement.
Support project managers in resource planning, budgeting, and procurement processes.
Ensure outsourced work complies with technical standards, regulatory requirements, and safety policies.
Manage communication between internal teams, partners, and external vendors.
Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and recommend mitigation actions.
Prepare reports on vendor performance, project status, and cost efficiency. Should be good in Excel and PPT.
Should be open for travel in circles for rollout.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years of experience in telecom project coordination, vendor management, or procurement.
Strong understanding of passive telecom projects, infrastructure, network rollout, or field operations.Preference for those who have worked for VRLA/Li-ion battery projects or from same Industry
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple outsourced projects simultaneously.
