Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Outlet Manager located in Thoothukudi. The Outlet Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with outlet sales, managing customer satisfaction, people management, communication, customer service, and inventory management at that outlet. Qualifications: Increasing outlet sales and achieving sales targets Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills People Management and Communication skills Inventory Management skills Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Minimum of a bachelor degree is a must.
