Location: Ghatal, West Bengal Industry: Construction / Structural CAD & BIM Services Work Type: On-site About the Role In this role, you’ll be reaching out to new clients, introducing them to our CAD and BIM services, and helping them find the right solutions for their construction needs. If you love connecting with people and closing deals, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Be Doing Make outbound calls to potential customers and tell them about our services. Build and manage a list of leads and keep it updated. Understand what customers need and offer them the best solutions. Keep track of all your calls, leads, and deals in our CRM system. Create simple and clear presentations and documents using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Work closely with our project team to make sure clients are taken care of after the sale. Meet and aim to beat your sales targets every month! What We’re Looking For A Bachelor’s degree (engineering, architecture, or business background is a plus). Strong communication and people skills. Good at using CRM tools and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Presentations). Comfortable using tools like ChatGPT to write emails and proposals. Organized, self-motivated, and great at managing time. Fluent in English (both speaking and writing). Experience 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong drive are also welcome!
