Job Title: Tele-caller Location: Noida -62 Experience: 0 to 3 Years Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telle caller to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, informing them about our courses, and guiding them through the admission process. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads. Explain course offerings, admission procedures, and other related details. Answer queries related to courses, fees, eligibility, and campus facilities. Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and student details in the CRM system. Follow up with interested candidates to ensure timely completion of the admission process. Coordinate with the admission and counseling teams as needed. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Requirements: 0–3 years of experience in tele-calling, preferably in the education or service sector. Good verbal communication skills in [Insert local language] and English. Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry). Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated.
