Job Title: Outbound Sales Lead Location: Bangalore Work mode : Hybrid Salary: upto 22LPA Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview We are looking for a results-driven Outbound Sales Lead to spearhead our outbound sales efforts. This role involves leading a team of outbound sales representatives, developing strategic sales initiatives, and driving lead generation to secure new business opportunities in the B2B software space . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, leadership, and performance management. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing outbound sales team. Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify, engage, and convert potential customers. Set and track sales goals and KPIs to ensure continuous team success. Oversee daily sales outreach activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement . Collaborate with sales leadership to align outbound sales efforts with overall business objectives. Create training and development programs to enhance team skills and performance. Monitor sales metrics, provide actionable feedback, and drive continuous improvement. Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion . Identify roadblocks affecting team performance and implement process improvements. Report outbound sales performance, trends, and recommendations to senior management. Foster a collaborative, high-performance sales culture that encourages growth and accountability. Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of outbound sales, lead generation, or business development experience , with at least 2 years in a leadership role . Proven success in B2B software or SaaS sales , with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets. Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience managing sales teams. Expertise in outbound sales strategies, sales processes, and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills . Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft). Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and provide insights. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to inspire teams to achieve their best. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading outbound sales teams in B2B SaaS or software industries . Knowledge of sales enablement tools to enhance sales efficiency. Strong strategic thinking and process innovation skills. Expertise in sales pipeline management and forecasting .
