Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation or sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and sales skills, be comfortable with outbound calling, and have experience working in a domestic sales BPO environment. The Outbound Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to prospective clients, and driving sales growth by converting leads into customers. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients or leads to generate interest in our products or services. Qualify leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups based on client needs and requirements. Effectively communicate the value of the companys offerings to prospects and convert inquiries into sales opportunities. Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals as set by management. Maintain accurate records of calls, lead interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system. Follow up with leads that show interest, resolve customer inquiries, and provide additional product information as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively handle objections and close sales. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and share feedback on sales campaigns and techniques. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients. Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and positivity during calls to increase conversions. Key Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar sales role. Experience in a domestic sales BPO environment is a plus. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into sales. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office). Ability to work under pressure, handle objections, and deal with rejection in a professional manner. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and sales cycles simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales goals. A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience in a B2B or B2C outbound sales environment. Previous experience with sales scripts, cold calling, and handling objections. Knowledge of sales automation tools and techniques. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and product offerings. Experience in handling both inbound and outbound sales calls is a bonus. Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
