Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Outbound Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Debit and Credit Cards through outbound calls, while also identifying opportunities to upsell additional financial products and services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell Debit and Credit Cards. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance sales opportunities. Identify customer needs and offer suitable upselling solutions. Accurately record customer interactions and sales details in the system. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during all customer interactions. Maintain a high level of product and process knowledge. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (Both can apply). Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience (preferably in outbound or tele-sales). Age: Below 35 years. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
