About the Role As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you will play a pivotal role in driving the companys growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. You will leverage a consultative approach, utilizing your knowledge of our solutions and industry trends to build relationships, generate leads, and create sales opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly motivated, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to grow within a sales organization. Objectives of the Role Represent the companys products and services using comprehensive knowledge and consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs. Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting techniques, building relationships and identifying new sales opportunities. Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, engaging sales executives in the next steps. Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation and sales playbook. Collaborate with post-sales, marketing, and product development teams to enhance lead conversion and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities. Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs and recommending appropriate products or services. Set up meetings and calls between qualified leads and the sales team. Maintain and update accurate records of interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects to drive conversion. Consistently meet or exceed sales and lead-generation targets. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies and product positioning. Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Represent the company professionally at industry events and conferences . Required Skills and Qualifications 2+ years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or sales development, with a proven track record of exceeding lead targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills via phone, email, and in-person. Experience in the software/SaaS industry (preferred). Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and lead management systems. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative-thinking abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a sales-driven team environment . Familiarity with sales engagement tools and strategies for nurturing leads. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred). Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Strong desire to grow within the sales organization and advance into higher roles. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. Based in Bangalore , WFO, 5 days a week with partial Saturday working Passion for technology and a keen interest in learning how to deploy SaaS solutions .
