Utilize blended process techniques to maximize productivity and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM software. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet KPIs. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in an international BPO environment, preferably in voice sales or chat support roles. Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken) with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously. Proficiency in cross selling, lead generation, and upselling techniques is essential.
