Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Utilize Zendesk to manage customer interactions and track progress on inquiries and resolutions. 4. Efficiently manage and prioritize email correspondence with customers and internal teams. 5. Utilize MS-Excel to analyze customer data and produce reports on customer service metrics. 6. Demonstrate effective communication skills when interacting with customers and colleagues. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
