RESPONSIBILITIES Support the CEO in tracking and managing projects, WBRs and OKRs, ensuring deadlines are met. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment Excellence in structured thinking with superior analytical capabilities (quantitative and qualitative) Ownership and Curiosity are must have for success. Self-starter and should be able to deal with ambiguity and drive progress Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take on new challenges Ability to communicate clearly and simply with mid-level and senior audiences. Strong influencing skills Comfort in reaching out and organizing cross-functional collaboration in a highly matrixed environment Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS BS/BA degree required.
