Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY: The Functional Consultant ORMB will lead the design, build and testing of the ORMB within the Cash in workstream. Working with business SMEs, Technology colleagues, and our partners to deliver a standard set of processes, integrations, and system configuration thats fully tested. Key Responsibilities: Leading the design, build and testing for ORMB Lead functional discussions and work with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and define requirements for Oracle ORMB implementations. Support the development of functional specifications and process designs for ORMB solution. Conduct system testing and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes. Assist in data migration activities and ensure proper integration with other systems. Provide end-user training and develop training materials as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide functional support during go-live and post-production phases. Maintain knowledge of ORMB best practices and stay updated on new features and functionalities in the Oracle ORMB suite. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that configurations align with business needs and technical requirements. Should have good functional understanding of ORMB product. Clear understanding of TFM/Pricing and rates structure Strong knowledge in ORMB Financial Implementations Should be able to conduct or participate in fit/gap analysis Strong in ORMB Invoicing/Billing/Deal management Can work closely with Technology colleagues to develop and create solutions together, with an ability to bridge business requirements into technical specifications through the design process. Must be experienced and fully confident working through data migration from legacy systems, process and system design and configuration, including Integration design and testing. Extensive experience of system implementation life cycle and phases, including the various key documents to be prepared, including BRD, FSD, Test scripts, User manuals, and training guides Good knowledge, and experience of order to cash processes and cycles along with their touchpoints to wider Finance modules within Oracle Fusion ERP. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of Oracle ORMB module Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) integrations. Proven track record in gathering and analysing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications. Knowledge of the billing lifecycle, revenue management, and related processes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
