Job Description

Role: Team Member
Skill: Order To Cash, Accounts Receivable
Experience: 2 years to 6 years
Job Location: Kolkata


Eligibility Criteria:
  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
  • Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com or similar
  • Should be flexible with night shifts & rotational shifts
  • Candidates must have a registered EP ID


  • Education: B.Com (Hons), M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, ICWA Inter.
  • Experience: 2–8 years in O2C or Accounts Receivable roles.


Required skills:
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in OTC, Accounts Receivable
  • Cash Applications
  • OTC
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Processing billing
  • Identifying and resolving the billing error
  • Issuance of credit notes with proper authorization
  • Resolving customer disputes on billing
  • Ensuring all income is accrued and accounted
  • Send the invoices to the customer
