Job Description

We are looking for a skilled OT Technician to join our team in Sector 46, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience and be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during surgical procedures.

Roles and Responsibility

Verify patient identification and prepare them for surgery.
Check patient files for proper documentation and ensure compliance with infection control guidelines.
Assist doctors during surgeries and maintain accurate records.
Update emergency medicines and supplies in the Operation Theater.
Ensure the smooth operation of the Operation Theater and provide support to the medical staff.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training in healthcare or medical technology is an asset.
Possess strong knowledge of surgical procedures, infection control, and patient care.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with hospital protocols and procedures, including HIPAA regulations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
