OT Staff

• Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Operating Theatre.
• Coordinate surgical schedules and ensure timely preparation of OT.
• Monitor sterilization processes, instruments, and equipment readiness.
• Lead, guide, and train OT nursing staff and technicians.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Maintain inventory of surgical supplies and manage procurement requirements.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing teams to ensure smooth procedures.
• Handle documentation, OT records, and incident reporting.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and statutory regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• GNM/B.Sc Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in OT, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of OT procedures, instruments, and sterilization techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations and make quick decisions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
