Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TYPICALLY INCLUDE:

Coordinating with the Heads of Departments (HOD) for Anesthesia, Surgery, and Nursing staff
Managing OT technicians, support staff, and housekeeping to maintain aseptic conditions
Preparing and managing duty rosters and staff assignments
Checking surgical bookings daily for special requirements and ensuring proper coordination with surgeons and anesthetists
Ensuring availability and proper functioning of surgical instruments, equipment, and consumables
Maintaining emergency stocks and OT documentation
Overseeing post-operative patient handling and transfer according to protocols
Supervising overall clinical activities in the OT
Acting as a liaison between surgical teams and hospital administration.

Qualification MHA Healthcare Administration, Graduate
