Role & responsibilities Assist in the preparation of Board, Committee, and General Meeting notices, agendas, and minutes.Support in drafting and filing various e-forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and other regulatory authorities.Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, FEMA, RBI, and other applicable laws.Maintain statutory records, registers, and compliance trackers.Assist in drafting resolutions, agreements, and corporate policies.Conduct research on corporate governance, compliance matters, and legal developments.Support in handling corporate restructuring, due diligence, and other secretarial matters.Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, legal counsel, and stakeholders as required.Assist in compliance audits and ensure timely regulatory filings.Any other duties as assigned by the mentor/company secretary.Preferred candidate profile Must be pursuing Company Secretaryship and have completed 2 Modules in Professional Program.
