Order Processing Executive (Female) – English Communication Must

Job Responsibilities

• Call customers and confirm orders
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally
• Process orders in the system with 100% accuracy
• Maintain records, WhatsApp updates, and email communication
• Coordinate with packing & dispatch teams
• Follow order flow: confirmation → payment → packing → dispatch → delivery follow-up
• Communicate in excellent English (verbal + written)
• Maintain productivity targets

Required Skills

• Strong English fluency – MUST (Verbal + Written)
• Good phone etiquette
• Basic computer knowledge & fast typing
• Ability to handle customers professionally
• Multi-language knowledge is an added advantage (Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada)
• Confidence, clarity, and responsibility in work
• Ability to work independently without supervision

Eligibility

• Female candidates only
• Experience in customer care / order processing / telecalling preferred
• Freshers with excellent English may also apply
• Age 18–35
• Immediate joiners preferred
