Bion is an innovative organization focused on delivering exceptional products and services. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to become our Order Processing Coordinator (ERP).

Job Summary

You will be responsible for managing ,coordinating and processing all documentation related to sales orders within the ERP system. This role includes accurate data entry, maintaining organised records, and ensuring that all orders are processed in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create, manage and track Sales Orders in ERP in alignment with team requirements.

2. Collaborate with teams to gather necessary order details and specifications

3. Ensure accurate entry of Sales Orders into the ERP system.

4. Monitor order status and provide updates

5. Maintain organised digital records of orders and related documentation.

6. Assist in generating reports related to order processing and documentation for management review.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

· Experience with ERP systems and data entry.

· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other reporting tools.

· Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
