Analyst, Sales Operations

Help resolve technical issues that stop sales or order tools from working properly.
Work with internal teams and external partners to fix tool or IT problems.
Make sure systems are up and running with minimal downtime.
Help improve the sales process by providing feedback and ideas for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with teams and partner sites when tools or systems go down.
Perform
first-level troubleshooting
for reported issues.
Escalate complex problems to IT or other departments if needed.
Track and manage incidents to ensure quick resolution.
Work in shifts that may include evenings or nights (based on region supported).
Analyze issues and suggest creative solutions to avoid future problems.
