Order Management Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing logistics for Bengaluru Factory products, including despatch clearance, transportation, tracking, and MIS. Additionally, you will oversee warehouse management through 3PL for Accessories. Your main focus will be on ensuring on-time delivery to customers, optimizing inventory, managing DIO (Days Inventory Outstanding), implementing Just In Time methodology, maintaining safety stock, and establishing re-order levels. You will also need to manage relationships with various stakeholders, both external (vendors, transporter, warehouse) and internal (Factory, Project Management, Sales, Finance, SCM, Global Business Services). Your soft skills in team management, collaborative approach, and stakeholder relationship management will be crucial for success in this role.
