Order Management Specialist

Your role will be crucial in supporting the Global Order Management team during a period of exciting growth. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for supporting order processing, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring on-time delivery. Your key tasks will include reviewing customer quotes and contracts, collaborating with sales representatives, ensuring accurate invoices, and advocating for customers to enhance their purchasing experience with Monotype. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review customer quotes, contracts, and usage reporting to create customer sales orders in the company's point of sale systems. - Collaborate with sales representatives to obtain tax documents and purchase orders for customer billing. - Ensure delivery of digital assets purchased and accurate invoicing. - Advocate for customers and identify opportunities for improvement. - Review Royalty Reports, complete internal tracking, and prepare quotations for invoicing. **Qualifications Required:** - Associates degree or equivalent work experience. - 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. - General knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems. - Previous experience working with sales and finance teams. - Familiarity with CPQ systems and order entry applications. - Strong English verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in any APAC language skills is a plus. - Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. - Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work across multiple time zones. - Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team structure.
