About the Position: Grade 5 : Order Management Specialist 3 Experience in O2C experience of minimum of 5-8 Years in relevant area or related processes. Qualification : Graduate with supply chain experience. Flexible with EMEA Shift and comfortable working in extended hours & weekend working during q-end closures or other business requirements. Roles and Responsibilities : Good experience in SME function and project management related experience. Work with Global Quoting and Order Management operations with a team compromising of Sales Operation and Order management associates ,SMEs and Team Leads Creating and managing automation tools with SMEs to increase sales process efficiency Work on projects with the team that execute growth strategies of the category. Define, track, and improve key metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters for the category and present insights to make data-driven business decisions. Monitor and analyze processes to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Coordinate with cross-functional teams like Pricing ,Finance and Customer Services to align on business objectives and initiatives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance overall sales operations. Drive projects & work internally and externally with the teams for project delivery Look after optimal functioning of related systems like SAP,SFDC, etc Strong engagement and partnership with theater stakeholders for quality service of existing business and implementation of global projects Required experience and skillset : Graduate/Post Graduate with 5 + years of experience in the field of Sales Operations, Pricing, Order Management Experience in UAT or similar ERP Testing. Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments and upper management Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies Technology skills to utilize CRM and database software tools in daily tasks Oracle/SAP and SFDC tool knowledge is an added advantage .
