Quintes Global hiring for Senior Process Associate Customer Services(Order Management) for Ireland based renowned Biotech company specialising in the development, manufacture and marketing of clinical diagnostic products !! Job Location- Noida Shift- US shift 5 Days week Need immediate joiner Drop Facility & dinner facility will be given by company Role- Senior Process Associate Customer Services (Order Management) Job Summary: The Customer Service(Order Management) Associate will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are serviced efficiently from initial enquiry on pricing/availability, order entry, inventory allocation, associated paperwork, through to final invoicing and (any) query resolution The role requires the incumbent to support the Team Lead in ensuring that all touchpoints from order enquiry to post order receipt support are addressed timely and to the customers satisfaction. The Customer Service Associate will be required to timely process the orders, and work in a cross functional environment, as per requirements. The incumbent will also support any new offshoring / expansion of roles that may result from future business needs. Key Responsibilities: Proven experience in Shared Services or BPO operations Knowledge/ exposure to manufacturing setup and preferably related industry domain Customer/ BU understanding and Responsiveness to Business Changes and requirements Ability to provide accurate data and influence recipients in relation to analysis and decisions Ability to drive documentation of operating procedures and implement process improvements Effective communication and problem solving skills Ability to plan and effectively deploy resources to maximise utilisation. Overall exposure to computers, ERP, internal business applications. Proficiency in using reporting tools.
