About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities

• Process and validate customer orders in the Order Management System (OMS) and ERP, ensuring price, terms and inventory accuracy prior to fulfillment.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics to resolve discrepancies, expedite shipments and manage order changes.
• Manage order-to-cash steps: order entry, credit and billing coordination, shipment confirmation and closure of orders within SLA.
• Monitor inventory allocations and communicate availability impacts to stakeholders; trigger backorder, cancellation or expedite workflows as required.
• Maintain EDI and CRM integrations, troubleshoot transactional failures and liaise with IT for reconciliation and system improvements.
• Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports on order status, fulfillment performance and exceptions to drive continuous process improvements.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end order processing in a fast-moving commercial environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/OMS operations and order-to-cash workflows.
• Hands-on experience with order systems and integrations (SAP or equivalent ERP; OMS platforms).
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar systems for order validation and sales coordination.
• Experience with EDI transaction handling and troubleshooting.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and reconciliation.
  

Preferred

• Familiarity with inventory management and logistics/shipping platforms.
• Previous exposure to process improvement initiatives and SLA-driven environments.
• Experience working on-site supporting cross-functional operational teams.
